LANDSCAPES & BLOCK INS:   with Terrie Shaw - 

·      In this workshop we will explore landscape photo references that you have brought to paint, I will also bring phots references.

• ·      After a reference photo is chosen the next step is composition, focal point, and good design.
• ·      How and why to tone your canvas.
• ·      Sketch landscape with paint brush on your canvas.
• ·      Block in your painted sketch starting from dark to light, plan your colour values, and shapes. 
• ·      Complete painting and finishing details.
• ·      Step-by-step demos. 

Please note: This workshop is for people with painting experience using Acrylics or Oils. I will be using water soluble Artisan Windsor & Newton Oils.
