This year marks the 10th anniversary of the "Christmas Market Place", hosted by the Art Society of Strathcona County. Local artists create unique items for this one of a kind sale, featuring pottery, paintings, wood carvings, creative glass, jewelry, unique decorations, knitting, and some wonderful stocking stuffers.
Admission is free, however, cash donations to the Strathcona Food Bank are greatly appreciated.
The Art Society of Strathcona County is committed to bringing people together through a shared curiosity of the arts, and the "Christmas Market Place" is a wonderful event to allow us to do that. It offers a welcoming place to enjoy the atmosphere of the Christmas Season, meet the artists, and bring home something unique to put under the tree.
