Have a fun experience sculpting the human head with clay.  Using traditional pottery clay, you will be guided through the steps to create a half - life size, realistic human head.  Ryan’s low stress environment is great for beginners to experience clay sculpture for the first time or for portrait artists to sharpen their visual communication skills.  Learn how to create the human face with realism and style.  Sculpt shapes like eyes, ears, nose, mouth and hair are explored. This class will improve the skills of intermediate sculptors, and 2D artists alike.  Bring home your sculpture to air dry, or fire and glaze in a pottery kiln to create a true masterpiece.
