LESSONS IN PASTEL with Joyce Boyer
Pastels are one of the most immediate and satisfying mediums to work in.
They can produce intense, vivid colours or soft and subtle shades. In each session you will be able to experience different techniques using colour and composition that will add atmosphere and depth to your paintings. Learn how to push the colour to create vibrant paintings with ordinary photos.
Whether you are just beginning or an intermediate pastelist you will be able to develop your skills and create a good working foundation for continuing your work at home. Catch the enthusiasm of pastel and work from your own reference material or use the picture being demonstrated. No previous experience is necessary.
